One of our regular clients 3Fox, booked us to put on a corporate set into this stunning venue.
Access was from 7:30 a.m. The event started at 9 a.m. So time was of the essence.
We assembled what we could the day before and loaded into our van.
The set included a back drop, rear projection screen, stage, lectern and a surround sound system. This included some up lighters with their blue corporate colours.

Case Study: Your Move Conference

We have beeYM March 2015n working with Your Move at their live events for 10 years, and always look forward to receiving a brief from them.

Upon arrival at their event, we noticed the stage would be blocking a fire exit. We immediately flagged this up with the Event Manager, and re-arranged the room to make it safe for everyone. The issue was resolved the same day, with no compromise on quality.

Here’s what they said:

“Thank you very much for all your hard work at the Your Move Building Your Business Conference…you provided a professional backdrop for our speakers … has proved very successful and we anticipate repeating the event at some point in the future, David Newnes, Managing director, your Move Estate Agents”

RR 2014 CSCase Study: Reeds Rains Conference, Harrogate.

The Reeds Rain Conference tours the UK every year, and trying to fit the same show in different venues can be challenging, to say the least! After receiving the brief from Reeds Rains, we overcome any obstacles as a result of this by thinking outside the box and using the best equipment. For example our entire set is height adjustable which works perfectly in this scenario.

Here’s what they said:

“We have been using Tornado Event Hire for about 5 – 6 years, and have established a really good relationship for all the events we run. From roadshows to smaller venues. They have really tailored there service to what we have needed. It certainly is a brand we would recommend”. Oliver Blake – Managing Director Reeds Rains.

MBDA HangerCase Study: MBDA – Shuttleworth, Old Warden

Celebrating their 100 year anniversary, MBDA wanted to put on an exhibition for their current and past employees, a day to celebrate and recognise their tremendous achievements and journey. To supplement the exhibition, they came to us to provide LCD Screens to place around the aircraft hangar. We provided 4 Screens, all on stands like the one pictured, which played videos with sound for the duration of the exhibition.

Here’s what they said:

“We have being using Tornado Hire for about 2 years now for events held at both our workplace & at Shuttleworth. We have been very pleased with the results and the professional level of service offered by Tornado Event Hire. We pay a fraction of the cost as our previous supplier and the service is great! I highly recommend them”. Leanne Wise (UK)(Contractor) MBDA Systems
