Tornado Event Hire has extensive equipment for hire for your corporate event. As well as sound equipment, lighting equipment and audio visual equipment for hire we also have staging equipment and other items, which we can tailor to suit the venue and the number of delegates.
Other equipment such as staging, marquees, generators and gazebos are available to suit your event – whatever the size and whether it is indoor or outdoor. The stages are in blocks and thus can be tailored to suit an event’s specific needs. Having a stage raised off the ground can help focus your delegates in your event to a speaker or a screen. Sound, lighting and audio visual equipment, can all benefit from having a focal point such as a stage at an event.

Staging and other equipment hire for corporate events
Our stage equipment for large events is steel deck. It comes in 6ft x 4ft or 8ft x 4ft sections which slot together to provide a stable and safe stage for your event. The heights of the staging equipment vary, so that we can find the most suitable for the venue and the purpose, Our corporate staging equipment can be used both indoors and outdoors as seen in this picture.
An example of a large corporate event
We provided the staging for the Trip Out Festival, Scald End Farm, Thurleigh, Bedford. The festival was held in a Marquee, and the stage was hired for the bands to perform on. The stage was a steel deck, whose size and ability to be used indoor or outdoor makes it versatile, and thus perfect for this event. It was a great event and the organisers are already planning next year!

We will sit down with you and discuss what you require the stage for and the size of venue it will be placed in and then we can calculate the size of stage required.

Staging and other equipment hire for conferences
Medium-sized events can benefit from staging and marquees as much as larger events – especially if the event is outdoor. We provide smaller-sized stage blocks of 5m x 4m x 30cm and larger-sized stages to facilitate your conference. We will assemble and disassemble the stage and gazebo for you.
An example of a medium-sized event
We provided a gazebo and all the extras which included: a grey carpet, wooden dance floor, D.I.Y Disco Package and mood lighting for a private party in Gosmore, Hertfordshire. The client was very impressed with both our professionalism and service.

Does the top of the stage get slippery outside?
Revo Stage has grey non slip carpet, which can be used inside and outside to ensure safety at all times.
Is the marquee easy to assemble?
Tornado Event Hire will deliver and assemble the marquee for you, so that it is built correctly and safe.

Staging and other equipment hire for meetings and small events
Even smaller events may require staging or gazebos to ensure that the delegates get the maximum from the event. We have Revo Staging which comes in 2m x 1m x 30cm sections.
An example of a small-sized event
For the last four years we have supplied the equipment for “Miss Hertfordshire”. Based at The Forum, in Stevenage, Hertfordshire we provided the lighting, the back drop, the stage, the PA and the music. In 2016 we also provided the staging for Miss Bedfordshire hosted at Luton Rugby Club, in Luton, Bedfordshire.

How many stage blocks do I have to rent?
There is no upper or lower limit on the number of blocks. Please contact us to discuss your needs and we will assess the correct staging for your event.
Can the small stage blocks be used for an outdoor event?
Yes. All of our stage blocks are suitable for both indoor and outdoor events.
