The Team

David Chell – Managing Director
Founded Tornado in 1989. Started as a DJ, quickly grew the business. Invested heavily over the years in state of the art equipment and conference aids which is reflected in our growth.

Neil – Lighting Technician
Neil joined the Tornado family in 2006. His experience, can-do attitude and passion for great events are invaluable.

Declan Chell – Apprentice
Started working weekends since 2013. Helping in the office, workshop and on events.
Full time now as an Apprentice.

Daryl Chell – Electrical Technician
Daryl first worked with father Dave in 2011. Having completed a 3 year course in Electrics, we enjoy providing him with practical experience.

Kelvin – Marketing Director
Since joining in June 2014, Kelvin has brought a wealth of experience in sales and marketing with a strong background in this field.

Charlotte – Administration
Joined the team early in 2015 to meet the growing demand for administrative and sales support to Dave.

Neil – Lighting Technician
Neil joined us in May 2015, confirming the myth that all the best Lighting technicians are called Neil!

Michael – Sales Manager
Mick with his expertise in Sales. Moving Tornado forward with new clients, adding to our very satisfied customers.

Paul S – DJ and Lighting Technician
Paul joined in 2016 as a part time DJ. He now works as a lighting technician on our corporate events. Team player, enthusiastic and works hard expanding his knowledge.

Jordon
Jordon has helped mainly in our Festival set ups in 2018. Always willing to work hard and long hours.
