We can supply staging on a dry hire basis where appropriate, or provide a complete service including delivery, installation and dismantling by our experienced team.

I’d like to discuss my event before booking. Can I speak to someone?
Absolutely. Every event is different, so we’re always happy to discuss your requirements and recommend the most suitable equipment. With over 35 years of experience supplying AV equipment for corporate events, conferences and meetings, we can help you choose the right solution.
What are your office opening hours?
Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm. If we’re on site at an event, please leave a message or send us an email and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Existing customers will also have an emergency contact number for support during their event.
Can you clear the equipment immediately after the event?
Yes. We can dismantle and remove equipment as soon as your event has finished, allowing your venue to be ready for its next booking.
How much notice do you need?
The more notice you can give us, the better, particularly during busy periods. However, if equipment is available, we’re often able to accommodate last-minute bookings, sometimes with as little as 24 hours’ notice.
Will someone show us how to use the equipment?
Yes. If we’re delivering and installing your equipment, we’ll make sure you’re comfortable using it before we leave. We’ll also provide contact details should you need any assistance during your event.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Our equipment is professionally maintained and thoroughly tested before every hire. In the unlikely event of a problem, we’ll do everything we can to resolve it quickly. For managed events, our technicians carry spare equipment wherever practical to minimise disruption.
Do you offer dry hire as well as delivery?
Yes. Most of our equipment is available on a dry hire basis for collection, or we can deliver, install and collect it for you. We also offer on-site technical support where required.
Where do you deliver?
We’re based in Watton, Norfolk and regularly supply events throughout Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and across the UK. If you’re unsure whether we cover your location, just get in touch.
Do you supply equipment for small meetings as well as large corporate events?
Yes. Whether you need a single projector for a boardroom presentation or complete AV equipment for a conference or awards event, we’re happy to help.
